January 15th Obits

Services for a Strawberry Point man, 92 year old Donald Henry Schug, will be held at 2pm on Saturday, January 16th, at the Emanuel Lutheran Church in Strawberry Point. Interment will be in the Cass township cemetery. Visitation will be held from noon till 2pm at the church prior to services.

A Clermont man, 75 year old Dennis Dean Dreier, passed away at his home on Wednesday, January 13th. No services have been planned at this time.

A Nashua man died Thursday; services for 82 year old Dale Schroeder are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home, Olson chapel in Nashua.

Services for a rural St. Olaf man, 84 year old Wayne Baumgartner, are Thursday at 11am at Peace United Church of Christ in Elkader. Inurnment in East Side cemetery at a later date. Visitation is 2-5pm Wednesday at Leonard funeral home in Elkader and an hour before services at the church.

Services for an Oelwein man, 74 year old Lester Hettinger, are Tuesday at 10am at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery. Visitation is 5-8pm Monday and an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.
