Sept. 25 funeral announcements

Services for a Former Manchester man, 84 year old John "Johnny" Jaeger of Toddville, are Monday at 10:30am at St. Mary Catholic church in Manchester. Burial with military rites in the church cemetery. Visitation is 2-7pm Sunday at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester with a 1:30pm family rosary and a 2pm scripture service. Visitation is also from 9-10am Monday at the funeral home.

An Elkader woman, 61 year old Betty Landis, died Thursday. A private family service will be held at a later date. Leonard Grau funeral home in Elkader is assisting the family.

A Postville resident, 93 year old Dale Anderson, died Wednesday. A public graveside service with military honors will be held Wednesday at 2pm at the Postville cemetery. Visitation is an hour before the service at the cemetery. Schutte Grau funeral home in Postville is assisting the family.

Services for a former Quasqueton man, 85 year old Earl Conerd of Independence, are Monday at 10:30am at the Reiff Family Center in Independence. Burial in St. John's cemetery in Independence. Friends may call 2-6pm Monday at the funeral home.
