Services for an Independence man, 55 year old Scott Naylor, are Saturday at 10:30am at Immanuel Lutheran church in Independence. Burial in Mt. Hope cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at White funeral home in Independence.

Services for a Charles City man, 34 year old John Carpenter, are Wednesday at 11am at the Bridge Church in Charles City. Burial in Sunnyside Memory Gardens in rural Charles City. Visitation is 5-8pm Tuesday at Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City, and from 9:30am until services Wednesday at the church.

Memorial services for a Meroa woman, 60 year old Deacon Elayne Werges, are Wednesday at 10:30am at Rock Creek Lutheran church in Osage. Friends may cxall from 4-7pm Tuesday at Champion Bucheit funeral home in Osage.

Services for a Guttenberg-area woman, 88 year old Phyllis Staebler, are Monday at 10am at St. John's Lutheran church in Guttenberg. Burial in Guttenberg City cemetery. Friends may call 1-4pm Sunday at Tuecke Allyn funeral home in Guttenberg, and an hour before services at the church.
