A Mass of Christian Burial for an Independence woman, 68-year-old Mary “Debbie” Curry will be held Monday at 10:30 AM at St. John's Catholic Church in Independence, with burial at St. John's Catholic Cemetery, Independence. Visitation is Sunday from 1 to 6 PM at the Reiff Family Center - Funeral Home in Independence. A rosary will be said at 1 PM and a parish vigil service will be held at 6 PM.

Services for a West Union resident, 84-year-old Jean Ostert, are Monday at 11 AM at Zion Lutheran Church in West Union, with burial to follow in the West Union cemetery. Visitation is Monday from 9 to 11 AM at the church. Burnham-Wood-Grau Funeral Home of West Union is assisting the family with arrangements.
