Nov. 6 funeral announcements

A Decorah man, 60 year old James Pritchard, died Wednesday. A visitation will be held Saturday, 10am to 11am at Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah. Burial will follow at Canoe Ridge cemetery in rural Decorah.

Graveside services for an Independence man, 72 year old Larry Rasmussen, will be today (Friday) at Mt. Hope cemetery in Independence. Friends may call after 2pm today at White funeral home in Independence.

A former Waverly man, 55 year old Brett Poehler of Marshalltown, died Wednesday. A private family service will be held at a later date. Private burial in Harlington cemetery. Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly is assisting the family.

Memorial services for a former Independence woman, 96 year old Alice Brown of Waterloo, are Sunday at 1pm at Reiff Family Center funeral home in Independence. Burial at a later date. Friends may call from 11am until service time at the funeral home.

A Garnavillo woman, 89 year old Fannie Mae Trayer, died Thursday. There will be no services at this time. Tuecke Allyn funeral home in Garnavillo is handling the arrangements.
