Nov. 2 funeral announcements

Services for a Lime Springs man, 81 year old Clement "Clem" Kofron, are Monday at 10:30am at Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic church. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 1-3pm Sunday at the church, and an hour before services.

Services for an Oelwein man, 79 year old Gary Gilson, are Saturday at 11am at Sacred Heart Catholic church in Oelwein. Burial in Woodlawn cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Friday at Geilenfeld funeral home in Oelwein, and 9:30-10:30am Saturday at the funeral home.

A Harpers Ferry man, 88 year old Charlie Kofron, formerly of Cedar Falls, died Monday. By request, there will be no services. Martin funeral home in Waukon is handling the arrangements.
