June 19 funeral announcements

A Spillville woman, 93-year-old Doris C. Thompson, died Tuesday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday at 11 AM at St. Wenceslaus Catholic Church in Spillville. Burial in the church cemetery. Everyone is invited to go to the cemetery for the committal rites and prayers. No visitation will be held at the church before the service. Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah is serving the family.

An Oelwein man, 50-year-old David Bushaw Sr., died Saturday. Visitation and Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday from 4 to 7 PM at Geilenfeld-Buehner Funeral Home in Oelwein. A prayer service will be held at 7 PM.
