An Elkader woman, Lillian Stence, died Saturday. A private graveside service will be held at St. Joseph Cemetery in Elkader. Leonard-Grau Funeral Home of Elkader is assisting the family.

June 17 Funeral Announcements:

Services for a rural Waverly woman, 87-year-old Carol Huck, are Monday at 10:30 AM at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church-Artesian, with burial to follow in the church cemetery. The service will be live-streamed on the Kaiser-Corson Funeral Home Facebook page. Visitation is Sunday from 4-7 PM at the funeral home in Denver and Monday for one hour prior to the service at the church.

Services for a West Union man, 84-year-old Clarence Bock, are Saturday at 3 PM at Faith Bible Fellowship in West Union, with burial at the West Union Cemetery. Visitation is Saturday from 1-3 PM at Faith Bible Fellowship. Burnham-Wood-Grau Funeral Home of West Union is assisting the family.

A Celebration of Life for a former Oelwein man, 95-year-old Raymond “Squeek” Faist of Longmont, Colorado, will be held Tuesday at 11 AM at First Baptist Church in Oelwein, with burial at Woodlawn Cemetery in Oelwein. Visitation is Tuesday from 10-11 AM at the church. Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home in Oelwein is in charge of arrangements.

A Celebration of Life service for a Decorah man, 86-year-old Roy Eric “Rick” Carlson, will be held Saturday at 11 AM in the main hall of the Center for Faith and Life on the Luther College campus in Decorah. Burial will be in Lutheran Cemetery, also in Decorah. Visitation is Saturday one hour prior to the service at the Center for Faith and Life. Fjelstul Funeral Home in Decorah is in charge of arrangements.
