An Oelwein woman, 58 year old Connie Oakes, died Wednesday. A celebration of life gathering will be held at Clete and Connie's at a later date. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein is assisting the family.

A Fayette woman, 92 year old Florence Sanders, formerly of Omaha, died Wednesday. A public graveside service will be held Tuesday at 2pm at Long Grove cemetery in Maynard. A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Maynard is helping the family.

A Charles City woman, 85 year old Sue Baron, died Wednesday. A service will be held at a later date. Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City is in charge of arrangements.

A Lansing man, 90 year old Leo Garin, died Wednesday. A private graveside service will be held at Gethsemane cemetery in Lansing. Thornburg Grau funeral home in Lansing is assisting the family.

Services for a Colesburg man, 31 year old Augustin "Gus" Mormann, are Tuesday at 10:30am at St. Patrick Parish Center in Colesburg. Visitation is 3-7pm Monday at the parish center, with a 6:30pm scripture service. Inurnment at a later date. Leonard Muller funeral home is handling the arrangements
