Services for a former New Hampton man, 78 year old Robert "Bob" Martin of Rochester, Minnesota, are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton.

A former Oelwein man and KOEL employee, 71 year old Michael Baumgartner of Dubuque, died February 5th. A celebration of life will be held at a later date in Oelwein. Hoffman, Schneider, and Kitchen funeral home in Dubuque is handling the arrangements.

Services for a Parkersburg woman, 65 year old Karla Kae Beckman, are Tuesday at 10:30am at St. John Lutheran church-Western Douglas in rural Plainfield. Burial in the church cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Monday at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Waverly, and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a West Union man, 89 year old Leslie Lauer, are Saturday at 11am at Redeemer Lutheran church in West Union. Burial in St. Peter's cemetery in Eldorado. Visitation is 4-7pm today (Friday) at the church, and an hour before services at the church. Burnham Wood Grau funeral home in West Union is assisting the family.
