Dec. 4 funeral announcements

A Nashua woman, 45 year old Karen McDonald, died Wednesday. Services are pending at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in New Hampton.

A Charles City man, 86 year old Donald "Don" Rague, died Tuesday. A private family service will be held. Burial in Riverside cemetery in Charles City. Hauser Weishaar funeral home in Charles City is in charge of arrangements.

A Cresco man, 48 year old Timothy "Tim" Schmitt, died Tuesday. A visitation will be held Friday, December 11th, from 4-7pm at Hindt Hudek funeral home in Cresco. A private service will be held at Notre Dame Catholic church. Burial at a later date.

Memorial services for a former Oelwein man, 81 year old Kenny Hecht of Fayette, are Monday at 10:30am at St. Peter Lutheran church in Westgate. Burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call an hour before services at the church. Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Maynard is assisting the family.

An Edgewood woman, 75 year old Patsy "Pat" Stone, died Wednesday. A private graveside service will be held at the Hansel cemetery in rural Colesburg. Leonard Muller funeral home in Edgewood is handling the arrangements.

Services for a former Castalia man, 84 year old Lloyd Rolfs of Lansing, are Wednesday at 11am at Martin Grau funeral home in Waukon. Burial with military honors in Oakland cemetery in Waukon.
