Services for a Fairbank man, 101 year old Lyle Luloff, formerly of Independence, are Monday at 10:30am at Immanuel Lutheran church in Independence. Burial in Mount Hope cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Sunday at Woods funeral home in Fairbank, and an hour before services at the church.

An Oelwein man, 57 year old Craig "Shakey" Powers, died Thursday; a gathering of family and friends will take place Sunday from 4-7pm at Jamison Schmitz funeral home in Oelwein.

Services for a Manchester man, 60 year old Ronnie Ellis, are Sunday at 6pm at Leonard Muller funeral home in Manchester. Burial at 10am Tuesday at Sanky Hall cemetery in Doniphan, Missouri. Visitation is 2-6pm Sunday, before the service, at the funeral home.

Services for a New Hampton man, 89 year old Paul Johnson, are Monday at 11am at Jerico Evangelical Lutheran church, with military rites. Burial at a later date. Visitation is 4-7pm Sunday at Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton, and an hour before services at the church.
