Memorial services for a Decorah woman, 70 year old Cheryl Allen, formerly of Madison, Wisconsin, are Sunday at 2pm at First Lutheran church in Decorah. Visitation is an hour before services at the church. Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah is serving the family.
