Memorial services for a Decorah man, 87 year old Donald Hahn, formerly of Cincinnati, Ohio, are Saturday at 1pm at Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah. An additional service will be held in Cincinnati at a later date.

An Elma woman died today (Friday); services for 95 year old Alberta Schmidt are pending at Conway Markham funeral home in Elma.

Services for a rural Independence man, 84 year old Gordon Derr, are Monday at 11am at United Methodist church in Independence. Burial in Wilson cemetery. Friends may call 2-5pm Sunday at White funeral home in Independence with a military service at 4:40pm.

Services for a Fredericksburg man, 98 year old Roy Speicher, are Monday at 10:30am at Hillcrest Baptist and Brethren Church in Fredericksburg. Burial in Rose Hill cemetery, with full military honors. Friends may call 2-5pm Sunday at Hugeback Johnson funeral home in Fredericksburg, and an hour before services at the church.

Services for a Waukon man, 72 year old Richard "Dick" Hansmeier, are Sunday at 3pm at Old West Paint Creek Lutheran church in rural Waukon. Burial in the church cemetery. Friends may call from 2:30pm until service time Sunday at the church, as well as after the service. Martin funeral home in Waukon is handling arrangements.
