Services for an Independence man, 86 year old Donald "Spud" Sherrets, are Monday at 11am at 1st Baptist church in Independence. Burial in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Hazleton. Visitation is 1-5pm Sunday at White funeral home in Independence, with a military service at 4pm.

Services for a Decorah woman, 91 year old Geraldine Solem, are Saturday at 11am at Fjelstul funeral home in Decorah. Burial in Canoe Ridge cemetery. Visitation is an hour before services at the funeral home.

Services for a New Hampton man, 41 year old Jeremy Johnston, are Saturday at 11am at Hugeback Johnson funeral home-Olson chapel in Nashua. Friends may call 9-11am Saturday at the funeral home.

A former Lawler man, 81 year old Francis Gebel, died today (Thursday) at his home in New Hampton. Services are pending at Conway Markham funeral home in New Hampton.

A former Denver woman, 88 year old Genevieve Crawford, died Wednesday at an Illinois care center; a private family viewing will be held at Kaiser Corson funeral home in Denver. Committal services will be Tuesday at 1:30pm at Harlan cemetery in Dumont.

Services for a Ridgeway woman, 88 year old Helen Blekeberg, are Saturday at 11am at Madison Lutheran church in Ridgeway. Burial in the church cemetery. There will be no visitation. Schluter Balik funeral home is handling arrangements.
