An Oelwein woman, 49 year old Tina Kisner, died Wednesday; a celebration of life will be held at 1pm on Saturday, April 23rd, at Oelwein City Park.

Services for a Cresco woman, 92 year old Ruth M. Haw, will be held at 2pm on Tuesday at the United Methodist Church in Sumner. Interment will follow at Union Mound Cemetery in Sumner. Friends may call from 4-7pm on Monday at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Sumner and for one hour preceding services at the church on Tuesday. A PEO prayer service will be held at 4pm on Monday at the funeral home.

Services for a Waukon resident, 78 year old Lyle Westby, will be held on Monday at 11AM at Glenwood Lutheran Church in rural Decorah. Friends may call from 3-7pm on Sunday at Martin Funeral Home in Waukon.

Services for a Sumner resident, 76 year old Sallie L. Back, formerly of Lansing, will be held at 2pm on Monday at Faith Evangelical Church in Sumner. There will be a visitation one hour preceding the services at the church on Monday.

Services for a Sumner woman, 90 year old Rachel A. Kirchoff, will be held at 10:30am on Monday at Union United Methodist Church in rural Sumner. Friends may call from 4-8pm on Sunday at Becker-Milnes Funeral Home in Sumner and for one hour preceding services at the church on Monday,

A former Decorah resident, 82 year old Arzella "Pat" Reed of Cresco, died Tuesday; a memorial gathering will be held Saturday, 4-8pm at the American Legion Hall in Cresco. Lindstrom funeral home is assisting the family.

Services for an Oelwein woman, 94 year old Ann Popenhagen, are Thursday at 10:30am at Peace Lutheran church in Oelwein. burial in Holland cemetery. Visitation is 4-7pm Wednesday at Geilenfeld funeral home in Oelwein.

Services for a former Oelwein man, 62 year old Wayne Clark of Independence, are Saturday at 1pm at Reiff funeral home in Independence. Burial in Quasqueton cemetery. Visitation is 11am to 1pm Saturday at the funeral home.
