NE Iowa Woman Arrested on Probation Violation

A Northeast Iowa woman has been arrested on a probation violation.

Just before noon Friday (March 18), Fayette County deputies took 43 year old Kelli Ann Masters of Hawkeye into custody.

Masters was taken to the Fayette County jail in West Union, where she was held on $1,000 cash-only bond.
