NE Iowa Driver Cited after Accident in Oelwein

Oelwein Police have cited an Arlington man following a traffic accident.

At about 6am Friday, 24 year old Bryce Kugel was charged with driving while his license is suspended.

Oelwein Police officers gave Kugel the citation after investigating an accident in the 10 block of 1st Avenue NE in Oelwein.
