Who doesn't occasionally rely on state stereotypes for the occasional jab at someone in your family or friend group? Most of us know at least someone from another state. Most of my family is from Minnesota. They love to lay certain stereotypes on me, and me on them.
But what about the stereotypes that folks think are legit? Real, if you would.
It Can Be Easy to Tick Off an Iowan!
What are some ways to violate the respect of an Iowan? It's pretty easy to take our likes and enjoyments and insult us on 'em. Go ahead, take a shot at Casey's pizza... we dare you! But prepare to stand back at least 20-feet after you do.
Take an Iowa stereotype, like our love for Busch Light and county fairs. Talk smack about ranch dressing, too. I dare ya!
