An Eastern Iowa woman escaped serious injuries, when she swerved her car, rolling it in a residential area of Nora Springs.


According to the Floyd County Sheriff, a car driven by 88 year old Rosemary Rozinek of Nora Springs, was traveling in the 200 block of North Boulder Avenue Monday morning, when she swerved to avoid hitting a dog in the road.

Her car then hit a parked vehicle, flipping her Ford Fusion onto it's top.

Rozinek was treated for minor injuries at the scene; no charges were filed.
