2020 Iowa Irish Fest Dates Announced

The biggest Irish celebration in Iowa is back again this year!

The Iowa Irish festival dates have been announced and this year the biggest Irish celebration of the year will be happening July 31st through August 2nd! Whether you are of Irish descent or not, this is a celebration you won't want to miss (plus you really can't since it takes over downtown Waterloo)!

The Iowa Irish Fest happens in downtown Waterloo at Lincoln Park and is packed full of days filled with beer, Celtic music, Irish Step Dancing, traditional Irish food and of course a lot of fun. If you are not of Irish descent you can take a step into Irish culture and learn all about what it means to be an Irishman/ lady.

I have to say, last year was the first year I went to the Iowa Irish Fest and holy crap it was so much fun! I thought I would only need one day to see everything and that ended up not being the case. I went all three days! It was truly an awesome way to end the summer so I suggest if you haven't been to the Irish Fest yet, you should check it out this year.
