10 Eastern Iowa Restaurants That Opened/Reopened in 2021

There are plenty of great local restaurants to try this summer!

It was just yesterday that we discovered Villas Patio officially opened a second location here in Cedar Rapids. It's just one of many restaurants that have opened or reopened here in the Corridor over the course of the last seven months. After a tough 2020, it's wonderful to see so many locally-owned places find success!

In addition to all these new places, don't forget that there are others on the way soon! Barrell House will be opening locations in both Marion and Cedar Rapids, Blue42 is going to reopen as Double Z's, and the old Grin N Goose in downtown Cedar Rapids has been bought and is being transformed into Cliff's Dive Bar & Grill. We can't wait to try them all out!
