Young Woman Arrested on Warrant for Burglaries

A young Oelwein woman has been arrested early this (Tuesday, Sept. 27) morning on an outstanding warrant.
At about 3am, Oelwein Police arrested 18 year old Jessi Rae Smith in the 500 block of West Charles.

She was wanted on a warrant from the Manchester Police Department on original charges of four counts of Burglary in the Third Degree.
