Woman Booked into Jail Found in Possession of Paraphernalia
A Northeast Iowa woman faces additional charges after officers found drug paraphernalia while she was being booked on another offense.
The Fayette County Sheriff was booking 33 year old Amanda Green of Monona, into the jail in West Union, when jailers found drug paraphernalia in her possession. Green was being booked on a traffic charge Sunday (July 29).
Green is charged with Possession of Contraband in a Correctional Facility, which is a felony.
She was held until an appearance before a magistrate.
