Weekend Arrests in NE Iowa

The Fayette County Sheriff reports some weekend arrests around the county.

On Sunday, authorities received a driving complaint in the city of Maynard, involving some suspicious activity. Deputies located 19 year old Harley Bushaw of Arlington; he was arrested for trespassing and driving while barred.

At about 11pm Saturday, the sheriff was contacted about a disturbance in the 12,000 block of 240th Street. 30 year old Albert Cline of West Union was arrested on a charge of assault causing bodily injury.

And shortly after 2pm Saturday, the sheriff received information concerning a barred driver leaving the sheriff's office in West Union in a vehicle. A deputy pulled the car over on Highway 150 just north of the North Industrial Parkway, and arrested the driver, 28 year old Jessica Konicek (Kahn'uh-check) of Cedar Rapids, on a charge of driving while barred.
