Weekend Arrests in Fayette County Reported

The Fayette County Sheriff reports several recent arrests around the county, in separate incidents.

At about 1am Sunday, the sheriff was called to assist with an unruly patron at the Brick City Bar and Grill in Clermont, who would not leave, after being told to do so. 23 year old Trent Kuhn of Cresco was taken into custody for public intoxication, and held overnight.

Shortly after 10am Saturday, deputies arrested Kaley Werger at the Prairie View Residential Facility in Fayette, after she became combative, and assaulted the staff. Werger was taken to jail on a charge of simple assault.

Just after 10pm Friday, authorities received a report of a person causing a disturbance at a residence in Hawkeye. Before officers arrived, the subject had left. A few minutes later, the sheriff got a 911 call on a disturbance at a different residence in Hawkeye. The suspect in both incidents, 28 year old Shawna Wille of Hawkeye, was arrested for public intoxication, 3rd offense.

And at about 3:15pm Friday, the sheriff was notified of a driving complaint on Quail Road, near West Union. 20 year old Dylan Buchholtz of West Union was taken into custody for driving while his license is barred.
