Santa came a day late and delivered the victory that was on all of Black Hawks' fans wish list.

Waterloo survived the Sioux City Musketeers scoring a pairs of goals separated by less than 20 seconds Saturday, and went on to a 4-3 road win at the Tyson Events Center.

The Black Hawks' Matt Argentina scored the only goal in the first period on an unassisted breakaway. Sioux City took their only lead of the night during the first minute of the second period, with goals just 18 seconds apart, thanks to a power play and a takeaway. Waterloo's Kyler Kleven responded with a goal, assisted by Max Sasson and Casey Severo. Just 11 seconds later, the Hawks to the lead once again. Then Teddy Lagerback took a bounce back Ryan O'Hara and stuck it in the net. The Hawks' Charlie Glockner finished the game with 32 saves.

Waterloo returns to action tonight (Dec. 28) versus the Lincoln Stars for a 7:05pm home game at Young Arena. Then they finish out the year in Des Moines on Wednesday night, followed up by a home game vs. the Buccaneers in Party Town on New Year's Eve, with an early start time of 6:05pm.
