WATERLOO, Iowa (AP) — The siblings of a woman murdered nearly 30 years ago and a forensic pathologist took the stand in the trial of an Iowan accused of killing her husband and his girlfriend.

Scott and Lisa Gregory testified Wednesday in the case against 54-year-old Theresa Supino, who was arrested in March in connection with the 1983 slayings of Steven Fisher and Melisa Gregory. Their bodies were found on the Copper Dollar Ranch northwest of Newton.

Supino has pleaded not guilty to two counts of first-degree murder.

Scott and Lisa Gregory testified about a fight they witnessed at their home between Supino and their sister.

Doctor Jonathan Thompson, Iowa's assistant medical examiner, testified about the wounds Fisher and Gregory sustained and how they had been administered.
