Waterloo Motorist Arrested in Oelwein for OWI
A Waterloo man has been arrested for a driving violation in Oelwein.
Just before 6pm Saturday (Oct. 12), Oelwein Police officers pulled over a car in the 10 block of South Frederick Avenue, after getting a driving complaint.
After further investigation, 38 year old Justin Kuennen of Waterloo was taken into custody for Operating While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.
Kuennen was also given a warning for speeding.
