
Waterloo Missing Person Found Dead On UNI Campus
A Waterloo woman who had been missing since November 7th, is dead according to UNI police in Cedar Falls.
According to a University of Northern Iowa media release, UNI Police located Courtney Elsbernd in vehicle in a remote parking lot on the campus. She was unresponsive. An ambulance was called - however, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
Foul play is not suspected. The University released a statement saying it was 'deeply saddened by the news of Courtney’s passing' and they 'extend condolences to her family.'
