Warrants Put 2 Oelwein Men in Jail

Oelwein Police have arrested 2 local men on separate, outstanding warrants.

Shortly after 1:30pm Saturday (April 6), 29 year old Zachary Moser of Oelwein was taken into custody for a Buchanan County warrant for Failure to Appear, on an original charge of Driving While his License is Suspended. He was arrested at the intersection of 1st Avenue and 6th Street SE.

And just after 4pm, 52 year old Bennie Dillard of Oelwein was arrested in the 300 block of 7th Avenue SW, on a Fayette County Warrant for Failure to Appear on an original charge of Driving While Suspended.
