Viaduct Will be Closed For Repairs

Drivers in Oelwein, who rely on going through the viaduct on West Charles Street, will have to find another way to go through town.

The viaduct, located in the 300 block of West Charles, will close Monday, May 13th so that repairs can be made.

The viaduct will be closed through Friday, May 24th.

Oelwein Police recommend allowing extra time to reach your destination, using an alternate route.

The viaduct runs under north-south railroad tracks on the west side of Oelwein.
