Vehicle Damaged in Accident With Deer in NE Iowa

Another car/deer accident has been reported in Northeast Iowa.

According to the Fayette County Sheriff, this one happened at about 11pm Wednesday (Sept. 27) on Highway 93, west of Fayette.

A vehicle driven by Deborah Rubner of Sumner was westbound when a deer entered the roadway. The colission caused $2,000 damage to Rubner's 2002 Volkswagon, but she was not injured.
