
Two Women Face Multiple Drug Charges in Traffic Stop
Buchanan County officials have filed numerous drug charges against two women who were arrested during a recent traffic stop.
The incident happened shortly after 5:30am last Friday (Jan. 25); Buchanan County deputies pulled over a car on the southeast side of Independence.
The driver was identified as 20 year old Micki Loeb of Garrison; her passenger was 19 year old Kassandra Hare of Independence.
Loeb was charged with first offense Operating While Intoxicated, Possession/Carrying Weapons While Intoxicated, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Synthetic Cannabinoid and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Hare was charged with Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Marijuana, Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Deliver – Synthetic Cannabinoid, a Drug Tax Stamp Violation and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Both were taken to the Buchanan County jail in Independence.
