Two Oelwein Men Arrested in Separate Incidents

Oelwein Police have arrested two local men in separate incidents.

Shortly after noon Wednesday, 27 year old Troy Miller of Oelwein was taken into custody on a charge of violation of a no-contact order. The arrest was made after an incident in the 100 block of 5th Street NW.

And just before 6pm Wednesday, 33 year old Danny Twaits of Oelwein was arrested on a charge of domestic abuse assault, after a disturbance was reported in the 100 block of 6th Avenue SW.
