Two Oelwein Men Arrested in Separate Incidents

The Buchanan County Sheriff's Office reports that two Oelwein men have recently been arrested on separate, unrelated charges.

Both arrests happened Saturday night, Dec. 30th, in Hazleton.

The first arrest involved 44 year old Gary Cummings of Oelwein. Cummings was taken into custody on an active arrest warrant from Linn County, for Failure to Appear.

In the other incident, 21 year old Tanner Hart was taken into custody on charges of Possession of Marijuana-1st offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
