Traffic Accident in Oelwein Leads to Citation

A local woman has been cited by Oelwein Police, following a traffic accident.

It happened at about 3pm Wednesday (Oct. 28) in the 1,000 block of North Frederick in Oelwein.

The driver, 26 year old Kaleen Frahm of Oelwein was charged for No Valid Driver's License.
