Three Northeast Iowa men are facing drug-related charges after a weekend traffic stop in Fayette County.


At about 8pm Sunday (Feb. 23), a Fayette County Sheriff's deputy pulled over a vehicle in the 100 block of Adams Street in West Union. During a search of the vehicle, officers seized methamphetamine, marijuana, pills, and multiple drug paraphernalia items.

As a result, 23 year old Trevor Moon of West Union was arrested for Possession of Methamphetamine-3rd Offense, Possession of Marijuana-3rd Offense, Unlawful Possession of Prescription Drugs, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

35 year old Michael Becker of Fayette was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine-2nd Offense.

And 27 year old Gregory Aller of Fayette was charged with Possession of Marijuana-1st Offense, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

All 3 were held in the Fayette County jail until their initial court appearance.
