Theft in Oelwein Under Investigation
Authorities are looking into reports of a theft incident.
Oelwein Police received a report of a theft complaint at about 6:30pm on Tuesday (Aug. 22), from the 100 block of 5th Street NW.
No other information was available.
The theft incident remains under investigation.
