Texas Woman Arrested in NE Iowa on Drug Charges

A Texas woman has been arrested in Fayette County, for illegal drug charges.

Shortly after 1am Wednesday (Oct. 23), Fayette County deputies took 50 year old Laura Delapaz into custody.

She is being charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, and 4 counts of Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

Delapaz, who is from Magnolia, Texas, was being held in the Fayette County jail, until her initial court appearance.
