It happened at about noon Monday (July 17) on Norwegian Hollow Road in rural Crawford County, near Soldiers Grove.
18 year old Kevin Burke of rural Viroqua was driving south, when he lost control while rounding a curve.
The vehicle left the road and rolled 4 times, coming to stop on it's wheels. Burke and his passenger, 18 year old Skyler Britt of Gays Mills, were ejected from the vehicle; they were taken to a local hospital.
Burke was later transferred to a LaCrosse hospital.
He is being charged with Failure to Keep his Vehicle Under Control, and Not Wearing a Seatbelt.
The 2006 Chevrolet Equinox he was driving, sustained severe damage.
