Teen Driver Avoids Injury When His Jeep Hit a Deer
A teenage driver managed to escape without any injuries, when his SUV collided with a deer in rural Fayette County.
The accident happened Monday (Feb. 4) at about 11pm, on "D" Avenue, south of Wadena.
According to the Fayette County Sheriff, a 17 year old male was driving north, when a deer got out onto the road, and the driver could not stop in time.
The driver was not hurt, but his 2006 Jeep sustained about $6,000 in damages.
