Suspicious Vehicle Report Leads to Arrest

An investigation into the report of a suspicious vehicle near Hawkeye, has resulted in the arrest of a Manchester man.

At about 2am Sunday (Jan. 13), the Fayette County Sheriff's Office received the report of a suspicious vehicle.

Deputies investigating the vehicle, arrested 22 year old Michael Waugh on a charge of Operating While Intoxicated-1st Offense.

Waugh was held in the Fayette County jail in West Union until his initial court appearance.
