
Suspect Caught in Early Morning Car Wash Burglary
An Arlington man has been arrested early today (Monday, Jan. 18), for allegedly breaking into a West Union business.
Shortly after 5am, the Fayette County Sheriff received a report of a burglary in progress at the Tiger Hawk Car Wash. A responding deputy chased the suspect down on foot, and arrested him.
The man is identified as 29 year old Shane Slick of Arlington. Slick is being charged with Burglary 3rd-degree, Possession of Burglary tools, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Interference with Official Acts, and Criminal Mischief.
Slick was held in the Fayette County jail in West Union, waiting for his initial court appearance.
