Sumner Man Arrested in Westgate, Friday Oct 28

A Sumner man has been arrested following an incident in Westgate. On Friday (Oct. 28) the Fayette County Sheriff received a driving complaint in the city of Westgate. A responding deputy located the suspect vehicle, and stopped it at the intersection of 100th Street and Town Road. Following an investigation, the driver, 33 year old Justin Pattison was taken into custody on charges of Driving While License is Barred, and Improper Use of Registration. Pattison was held in the Fayette County jail in West Union, until his initial appearance before a magistrate.
