Spirit Lake Man Arrested by Oelwein Police

Oelwein Police have arrested a Spirit Lake man, for a number of charges, following an incident last night. (Tuesday, Nov. 24).

Shortly after 9pm, officers took 37 year old Timothy Weber into custody, on charges of Enhanced Public Intoxication, Interference with Official Acts, 2 Counts of Trespassing, and Harassment of a Public Official.

Oelwein Police are investigating a theft. The incident was reported at about 8:30pm Tuesday, in the 10 block of 1st Street SE. No other details were available.
