Sheriff’s Office Keeps Busy with Recent Arrests
The Fayette County Sheriff has released details of several recent arrests in Northeast Iowa, on various charges.
Sunday afternoon (Dec. 9), 19 year old Billie Jean Hageman of West Union was arrested for Criminal Mischief-3rd Degree.
Also on Sunday, 32 year old Vanessa Young of Bagley, Wisconsin, was taken into custody on 2 Fayette County warrants for Failure to Serve Jail Time, on the original charge of Violation of a No-contact Order. The Allamakee County Sheriff assisted with the arrest.
Early Saturday morning, the Fayette County Sheriff received a 911 call, reporting an altercation on Pleasant Street in Elgin. 24 year old Mitchell Bruns of Decorah was arrested for Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Criminal Mischief-4th Degree, and Operating While Intoxicated-2nd Offense.
Last Friday (Dec. 7), 39 year old Bradley Cue of Aurora was taken into custody on a Fayette County warrant for a probation violation; the original charge was Possession of a Controlled Substance. The Floyd County Sheriff helped with the arrest.
48 year old Tony Hertrampf of Prairie du Chien was arrested on a Fayette County warrant for a probation violation, on the original charge of a Violation of the State Sex Offender Registry.
35 year old Justin Gallmeyer of Oelwein was taken into custody on a Fayette County warrant for violating a No-Contact order.
And 41 year old Lisa Kuhens of Westgate was taken into custody on a Fayette County warrant for the original charge of Stalking, Persons Under 18. She was held on $5,000 bond.
