Sheriff Searches West Union Home, Makes 2 Arrests

Two people have been arrested after authorities found drugs and other items in a West Union home.

At about 8pm Tuesday (Feb. 25), the Fayette County Sheriff's Office executed a search warrant at 504 West Bradford Street.
During the search, officers found and seized drugs and multiple drug paraphernalia items.

After the search, deputies arrested 36 year old Mikel Normann of West Union for 2 counts of Child Endangerment, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense: Methamphetamine, Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Offense: Marijuana, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.

31 year old Kathleen Lloyd of West Union was taken into custody on 2 counts of Child Endangerment.

Both were held in the Fayette County jail until their initial court appearance.
