Sheriff Reports Recent Arrests in Buchanan County

The Buchanan County Sheriff's Office is reporting some recent arrests on various charges.

At about 11pm Saturday (Jan. 5), 47 year old Janel McCann of Oelwein was taken into custody after officers investigated a disturbance in the 100 block of South Madison Street in Hazleton. McCann was charged with Assault Causing Bodily Injury.

Friday morning, deputies arrested Randall Streeter of Kearney, Nebraska, for an active warrant from Pottawattamie County. He was held in the Buchanan County jail until his transfer to Nebraska.

At about 1:30am Friday, a Hazleton man was taken into custody after a traffic stop on Highway 150, north of Hazleton. 24 year old Jordan Horkheimer was charged with 1st Offense Operating While Intoxicated, Speeding, and Failure to Provide Proof of Insurance.
