Search Yields Pot and Paraphernalia in Clermont Home
The Fayette County Sheriff has arrested two young men for allegedly selling marijuana to area minors.
After a 2 week investigation, the sheriff executed a search warrant at a home on Union Street in Clermont earlier this week, after authorities discovered 19 year old Bradley Normann and a 17 year old juvenile, both of Clermont, had reportedly been selling pot to other area juveniles from their home.
Deputies seized marijuana and a large amount of drug paraphernalia.
Normann was arrested on charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Distribution to Person Under Age 18, and holding Gatherings Where Controlled Substances are Unlawfully Used. Normann was taken to the Fayette County jail, and held until his initial court appearance.
The 17 year old, whose name was not released, was referred to juvenile court services on charges of Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and hosting Gatherings Where Controlled Substances are Unlawfully Used.
The investigation continues, and others may face charges.
